If your wrap turns out to not be what you expected, we will accept your unopened, unworn wrap for refund or exchange. You have up to 10 days after delivery to initiate a return. After 10 days all sales are final.

Please note, items must be in their original condition to receive a refund to your payment method. Items that are received with stains or damage will not be granted a refund. When trying on the items, we highly recommend using a wig cap or other means to protect the wrap from damaging hair products.  All merchandise must be in unused, unwashed, and in otherwise perfect condition to be considered for return. Head wraps submitted for return that have been worn, washed or tried on will be rejected and will not be returned to you. 

Please note that any shipping charge paid by you is non-refundable unless you received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s).
